Hello! Since you’re here, allow me to take a minute to tell you a little bit about myself.  I’ve been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years and have actually been competitive bodybuilding for over 23 years. I came up through the ranks, first competing as an amateur, then eventually as a professional (IFBB Pro). In addition, I’ve been a trainer and nutrition coach for athletes in various sports. I have also owned and operated multiple health and nutrition stores. If you can’t already tell, I REALLY love working in the health, nutrition, and fitness industries! With that being said, my passion today is getting the opportunity to work with individuals, (the general public), who are wanting to make a positive change in their lives. As an entrepreneur, husband, and father myself, I understand the “every day” challenges of life when it comes to incorporating a healthy lifestyle in today’s world. Whether it’s to lose weight, increase muscle mass, or just live a healthier, happier lifestyle, my goal is to help everyone move forward in a positive direction, (both mentally & physically).
